1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using atulautomation.io ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atul Automation.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@atulautomation.io.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to individuals who have not consented
• Impersonate any person, business, or organisation
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy, or Fast2SMS guidelines
• Send messages that violate the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) DLT regulations
• Harvest or collect personal data of others without consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use the Platform to conduct fraudulent activities or phishing campaigns
• Perform aggressive scraping or automated requests that degrade service performance
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Our free tools (PDF converter, image compressor, etc.) are provided "as is" for general productivity. Always verify critical documents and financial figures independently. We are not liable for errors in converted documents, compressed image quality, or any business decisions made using outputs from our tools.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Atul Automation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Platform.

8. Advertising

The Platform displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) to keep tools free. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for advertised products or services. You can manage advertising cookie preferences via our cookie consent banner.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATUL AUTOMATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹5,000 (FIVE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atul Automation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) messages you send through the Platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting us first at legal@atulautomation.io.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email and post a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
